"Oh geez. She's starting another blog? Hasn't every other blog she's ever started failed miserably after 2 barely viewed posts?"
To answer your questions, yes and yes. ;) I attribute the later to the fact that I'm lazy, and quite the procrastinator. I think of a post, or a topic that I want to address, and by the time I actually sit down to do it, the mood and inspiration has passed. I'm going to try harder this time, I promise. Hold me accountable.
I've been "off the wheat" for about 3 weeks now, and officially (mostly) Paleo for a few days. I FEEL AMAZING. My stomach feels like a whole new stomach, and trips to the bathroom are less frequent and more enjoyable. (More enjoyable? I guess anyone with IBS will appreciate that.) My energy level is through the roof, and I'm doing things that I never thought my body would be capable of doing. I did a TRX class last night at the gym. Ever heard of TRX? Here you go...
The official TRX website
A random YouTube video that gives a good idea of what a TRX workout is like (And no, the Vanessa in the video is (unfortunately) not me. ;)

I probably should have searched for the above video before eagerly running to class after Zumba last night. I will say, it was
As for the Paleo portion of the blog, I'm going to start slow. I have links to some AMAZING and helpful paleo blogs that are already well-established and contain delish recipes and tips to make your transition smooth. I'll start out by sharing recipes that I'm loving, and eventually I'll start sharing recipes of my own. If I ever forget to properly credit the original source, I'm requesting a not-so-gentle reminder of the rules of blog sharing, as I'm not used to this and would like to avoid pissing my fellow Paleo bloggers off. :) Also, tons of fitness pointers, pictures, fun toys and gadgets, and links to any and everything I think would be beneficial to someone who has made the choice to get up off the couch. Here's my first recommended blog for you to visit...
http://practicalpaleo.blogspot.com/ This is a great blog, filled with recipes to help you get going. Check out the coffee creamer, I made that today and am currently enjoying it in my cup-o-joe. Which I cannot live without. If you visit her site, tell her a cool new Paleo blogger sent you. ;)
